CHRISTINE RANKIN
Christine Rankin is the former CEO of New Zealand's largest government agencies, where she led over 5500 staff and administered $14 billion of welfare and superannuation payments.

 

Christine is known as a dynamic and inspirational leader who demands the best from those around her.

 

Her Leadership of Work and Income NZ saw customer satisfaction of 86.6% in her final two years, of three, as CEO, a doubling in the detection of benefit crime to, $120 million of detected fraud, and the largest number of unemployed placed into jobs in the history of the NZ Employment Service despite a significant downturn in the economy.

Christine Rankin's passion for leadership and belief in the power of individual potential is the centre of her continuing work. A powerful advocate for the protection of vulnerable children, Christine works consistently on the prevention of child abuse and tackling the roots of this serious problem in our society.

 

 

MATTHEW REA-RANKIN

 

Matthew Rea-Rankin majored in Management Studies and Labour Relations at Auckland University.

 

He has worked as a Human Resources practitioner over the last 10 years, most recently as a Human Resources Manager at TVNZ.

 

His industry experience includes Television, Banking, and Telecommunications. He was a Territorial Force soldier from 1992 until 1996.
